Decided to stay while the dog was groomed. On the surface seems ok but when I heard my dog crying went inside. They had chained my dog to the grooming table and had the hot hairdryer in her face. No undrrstandimg., No compassion. No care. It's just a job to them. The poor dogs waiting to be collected had no water. I told the owner and her comment 'it's to stop the dog from running away '. A horrendous experience. My dog and I were traumatised by the experience. And the cut was poorly done. Shocking.
Harteliefwas amazing, the owner and staff very helpful.
Made an appointment for my dog. Was there on time no staff st 8am . Anyhow left my dog and was told to collect her at 11am . Was there on time. My dog had not been groomed. To crown it not a drop of water for any of the dogs waiting for the non attending groomer. They had my cell no not even a sms or
