The One Pet Relocation

Highly highly recommend The One Pet Relocation!!! JP was a blessing to our family, his service from initial contact until our fur babies were safely delivered to our new home was beyond fantastic. He was hands-on from start to finish, continuously communicated, and kept us updated throughout the entire process. Relocating is stressful, but JP took one less stress away. The One Pet Relocation is passionate about what they do, professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you JP and team 💚💗

I have to say A Big Thanks to JP👍👍👍，my doggy already landed to New Zealand safely, really appreciate everything they did. They are definitely professional and love to answer me all questions even when after-work hours 100%. I can feel that they really love doggy, and will take care of my baby nicely🫶🫶🫶. And one more important point is that they let me know all process ongoing and UPDATE timely. They assist the flights re-arranging without any additional cost. We all know that pet relocating is NOT one day job so keeping update is really helpful😘😘😘 I will give Highly Recommendation for every services what they offer. This is a great experience I had🥳🥳🥳.

Our 3 cats arrived in Scotland yesterday healthy and happy and none the worse for their long journey. Thank you, Jolene and JP for all you did to make this possible. From the beginning of the process communication has been instant and supportive and you kept us posted every step of the way once they had left Durban, sending us regular photo updates, and then letting us know about how their flights were going. The paperwork was all attended to and your agent this side completed the good work you'd started. Gratitude and purrs, Mark, Elizabeth, Bella, Magnus and Freya.

My African Grey Diesel arrived in the UK tonight. After a long 4 months waiting on permits and certificates Jolene and JP were so helpful and encouraging during the whole process. They have big hearts when taking care of our loved ones and I am ever so grateful to them for taking care of our Diesel. My heart is so happy to be reunited with our boy. I would recommend any family wanting to move their pets abroad to contact Jolene and JP at The one Pet relocation for peace Of mind. Helen S

Thank you to @The One Pet Relocation for assisting us in reuniting Vincent with his mom, Jay Goldstuck in Los Angeles. We were kept up to date every step of the way. JP and Jolene guided us through the process from the beginning of what seemed like mission impossible. They made sure we knew what to pack to make Vincent's journey as comfortable as possible. Vincent arrived in LA, walked out of his cage and started purring when he saw his mom. Thank you.

We moved to Sydney, and One Pet was the only agent who explained the process step by step for our Boston to come home to us. During all the flights ZA to Sydney to Auckland to Melbourne, JP kept us up to date where he was and how he was. Harvey joined us a year after us moving, staying with family until he was ready to fly, however there were times he stayed at One Pets Kennels while my family were away, during his stay we were provided with pictures and updates. JP has a way with Animals and becomes their best friend. When JP collected Harvey the first time to take him to the vet and he bought Harvey home, Harvey was following JP out the door instead of wanting to stay at home. Thank you for all the love and Care you showed Harvey and us, during an emotional process and making it as easy and simple as you possibly could. The Walkers

Misty, Marmite and Lucy arrived safely on Friday afternoon in Toronto after a long travel from Joburg. They have settled exceptionally well, getting used to the song of birds with different accents 😊 A massive thank you to JP and Jolene!! You guys have really been incredible! From assisting with accommodating our specific requirements, to constant communication and genuine care, thank you from the bottom of all our hearts! 💕
