Extra friendly staff. Very attentive and gives proper and tight through advice
Dr Collings was the doctor i took my dog to see today. I have to give him 10 out of 10 from listening to everything i had to say, being extremely professional, showing just the right amount of compassion so we felt comfortable and yet still in good hands. Even the examination and treatment of my dog whilst in the clinic was outstanding. His advice on future precautions and recommendations were great and i found extremely helpful and informative. I never once felt rushed as is the case of many other clinics. I am extremely gratefully for his services today and i would recommend anyone who wants peace of mind when it comes to making sure their pets are in the best possible care to give Dr Collings and or Dr Rabie at the umbilo clinic a visit. Thank you. I am extremely happy as is my beloved 4 legged family member AKA my pooch
Had my little yorkie teeth cleaned here. The veterinarian Dr Colin's was very friendly, kind and loving towards my yorkie. The staff at the reception are also really welcoming and friendly. The outcome was a 10/10, her teeth never looked better and their prices are the best in Durban.
I think the clinic has a good staff and very understanding towards our babies.
Thanks so much to all for attending to Zoey so quickly after her mishap on Friday and sorry for the bloodbath on the waiting room floor.looking much more exhausted after her first walk today than after the anaesthetic
