I honestly love the staff that works there. I had problems with my cats hairballs and Mackayla suggested food as well as a paste that helps reducing hairballs and within a week my cats hairball problem was sorted out. They know what they are talking about and what works best for your pet instead of just rubbing a product off on to you. Yes their pet food is a bit pricey but it is for good reason, my fur baby thrives on this food (hills science plan for kittens).

Good afternoon It pains me to write this review during the festive season but I feel it is my duty to report such poor service. We have just left the local store and have decided to leave our basket at the till. After collecting what we needed I approached the lady behind the front desk/counter to ask if there is any tick and flee repelling products for our cat. The friendly lady was unsure and to my surprise had to wake her colleague who was FAST ASLEEP! She asked him if the product is stocked and he waved her off, litteraly! Casually returning to rest his head on his arms. She woke him again and I repeated my question, even then he was unable to propperly lift his head! After the third attempt to wake him we finaly decided to just leave and I expressed my disgussed to the two employees stating that I am shocked that he can remain sleeping even when customers enter the store and more so continue his slumber while being addressed by a fellow employee as well as by a customer! Please take my complaint seriously and I hope that surveillance is available and challenge the management to view the utter poor service we received today.
