Have truly always had a great experience with Dr Pledger and all receptionists. Kind, caring, attentive, and understanding, willing to assist even beyond requirement. Have had many experiences with others before, and I can without a doubt recommend Dalvet. Thank you for being awesome!
Very knowledgeable and friendly service. We didn't have to wait very long and my doggo was treated with as much love and care as I would give him myself.
Hi very friendly, my Lola is happy will recommend you to go there🤗
‼️ Would not recommend at all ‼️ Wanted to get my Female cat sterilized, got at the place , there was said it's ‼️ R924 ‼️ for a female cat to get sterilized, got there wanted to pay and I know my cat is on heat and did tell them so the receptionist said that I should bring my cat and then pay afterwards I did ask the price it was said "R924" but my cats on heat (they already knew). The receptionist said "They will tell me the price when I come and get her after the sterilization" (Already suspicious because I can't pay and there is no SET PRICE still they say its R924 but "will tell me when I come and fetch her because she's on heat" When I phoned again when I got back home because I was suspicious and WANT a SET PRICE , another lady answers me and tell me "IT STAYS ‼️ R924 ‼️ EVEN IF THE CAT IS ON HEAT and that ONLY with DOGS they charge extra😡😡 So obviously there was something suspicious and wanted to over charge me or something because the one person says one thing and the other person says another thing. !!! 😡😡 Very rude and really bad customer service !!!! Reviews are here for a reason, as I'm NOT the only UNHAPPY person on this REVIEWS.
We are visiting Brakpan from Durban and had an emergency with our puppy. Arrived at Dalvet this morning with no appointment and we were accommodated immediately. Cocoa stitched up and ready for us to collect within 3 hours. Meds were given and all instructions were clear and precise. Both the vet and receptionist were friendly and helpful. Would recommend this practice without hesitation!
The last time i was there the vet lady said my boy was too agresive and needs social training. Took him into public the very next day. Not one issue. Today 29 May he has either broken his leg or ankle. Web site says open at 4pm, try calling. Call killed by whomever. Tried 2 x same thing.
Wow what a great experience I had with Dalvet. The Dr helped me long after hours she was so compassionate. I would highly recommend this vet to anyone in Brakpan. Words cannot describe how much I appreciate all the help that I got from Dalvet.
