Customer Reviews
Vetworld N1 City has a rating of 3.3 out of 5 based on over 10 reviews on Google
Came from a very caring friendly wash at the Grooming department and straight into a check up session with the Vet. New VetWorld department right next door - super convenient with very helpful staff and a really caring Vet. Took the time to examine our Pet slowly ensuring the comfort of the animal first and foremost and provided extra insight with good detail alongside tips that clearly come from experience. Clean, efficient and great service for our Pet and ourselves. Thank you
Why offer pet grooming services when you don’t know what you’re doing? Brought my puppy in to have his nails cut, I’ll be lucky if one nail was cut… He’s getting stuck in the carpet and scratching us quite badly, not knowing that it hurts… So thank you for nothing.
Staff close till twenty minutes and more before closing time making customers haul 20kg bags of dog food to the Petworld side to pay. Staff constantly hanging around and talking to each other and not assisting customers.
Permanently closed. Drove all the way for nothing. And petrol is so expensive. Nee man, kom reg asseblief. Vetworld Somerset Mall is TOP NOTCH though.
Google says you close at 7pm ...got there at 17:50 ...doors were closed 🙁
I’ve always had a good experience at this shop. Friendly staff, reasonable prices… what’s not to love?
