This is main Veterinary we go to and the service has been phenomenal each time. The reception is very friendly and efficient. In no time they aid your pet to get him/her back and running on their paws 😂 10/10
The receptionists at Raslouw Vet are very unwelcoming, unfriendly and unhelpful. On all 4 accounts that I have been there, I have experienced this. The vets however are amazing and friendly. I inquired about a 1kg type of food and I got told very rudely that the type of food does not come in 1kg anywhere (yet please see photo where I bought it from Bakenkop vet). I am not one to post negatively, but let's do better. If you are not welcoming to us, how will we feel leaving our fur babies with your practice? I hope my above constructive criticism will help aid Raslouw Vet in doing better.
This is the best vet in centurion by far. All female vets are awsome and myself and my dogs just love them all. Dr Carla is superb in every way and the new addition Dr Sandra is worth gold!! Thank you to everyone at Raslouw vet for your kindness and compassion every time we visit!

I don’t usually like leaving negative feedback, and up until now I’ve always received great service from the other vets at this practice. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Karla was very disappointing. When my elderly, sick dog was returned to me, she was extremely rude and dismissive. She also failed to clearly explain how or when I should administer the prescribed medication. The lack of compassion and professionalism left me very upset, and sadly, I will not be returning to this veterinary practice
Edit: 20/12/2025 Renovated rooms, and the service and care is just as good as it was when I posted below review, several years ago. -------------------------------------- The doctors here are first class. They take such good care of our cats and even when we go for annual vaccines , they attend to us with such kindness.
Friendly staff with quick and easy solutions, definitely not trying to get the most out of you when you visit! Thanks to Dr. Nicola for helping my elderly dog in a safe way for her age without breaking my budget 🫶🏼
