Worst service from the cashier ,the guy who has an accent ,he thinks that we coming and taking items for free so he can speaks to us anyhow ,please adress him on bad customer service ,he did a refund slip for my item swop but didnt give me a slip for the new item for me thats very dodgy. When I asked him for a slip he didn't give me one so I asked him. I did tell him we are the customers and he needs to treat us properly I would love to speak to management if need be

Terrible service as I redeemed my Hills free voucher for the puppy welcome kit in-store and received nothing in return as the sales assistant stated that I have to buy a product from their store to receive the free welcome kit. The email does not state this and as a result I was robbed of my voucher which was redeemed. I highly recommend not shopping here due to dishonesty. I will be contacting Hills about this. I received a call the next day to finally collect my Puppy welcome kit and it only came with the food without the toy or feeding cup for the dog which was included in the Hills agreement. It even had a Chicken Licken salt sachet inside. I have pictures to prove it.

I've tried calling this store numerous times but they don't answer the phone... Very unprofessional

Utterly disgusted at the liars in that store,called Cassim if you Muslim this is the month of Ramadan,wait your punishment,my daughter a Doctor bought a gift boxed fish tank for a 10 year old unfortunately it had to be returned as unwanted but within 24hrs,the liar Cassim with a straight face refused to take it back saying it was used😨 unbelievable!!!,

Cashier by the name of hawa is very unprofessional and has an attitude she is an extremely rude person and of no help whatsoever
