Pet Pool & Home George

What a wonderful and satisfying shopping experience! Everybody very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Ayanda! I really appreciate you as Person.

We had a very disappointing experience with the George branch. We were told we would receive a discount on BRIT food, which is very expensive, so the discount sounded worthwhile. What was not disclosed is that a debit order would be activated on our account, and that it takes three months to cancel. We were never informed of this upfront, and we never signed any paperwork or agreement. Withholding critical information like this is misleading and unacceptable. Transparency is essential, and unfortunately, that was lacking in this experience. I will never support them again.

All the supplies one may need for Pets, pools and home. Combined with happy and friendly staff to help with all your needs. I absolutely love the home products from Heaven Soaps. The brown sugar scrub leaves my skin feeling so lovely smooth and soft!

We have recently added 2 puppys to our family. Pet Pool and Home has really made this a pleasant experience. Elaine has really gone above and beyond to assist us in getting all the necessary stuff for our puppy’s. I would really recommend them to anyone!!!!!

I really love this store. I went online to order petfood and noticed that the 50KG bag was the same price more or less as the 2 x 20KG bags but was not available for delivery. However,a small sign at the bottom said that if you do want this delivered, to contact the store. I phoned and explained my dilemma. I could not use my scooter to buy such a big bag. The woman that I spoke to was very friendly and offered to make inquiries and then phone me back. She phoned me back and asked for my email. They then sent me an invoice and I made an immediate payment. Not only was the food delivered to my home, but Pedro Marques who brought the food, took it into my house and put it where I needed it. I used to order the food from Takealot, but will from now on only support this branch. The personnel is friendly and extremely willing to help. This delivery was over and above what I would expect. Awesome service!

Excellent service! From the lady on the floor, the teller and Pedro who most kindly tracked down my parrot food which was out of stock at the Knysna road branch and delivered it to my door the following day; your friendliness and efficiency is very much appreciated.

Great team! Thank you to the super staff at Pet and Pool. You make your customers feel welcome and you are super helpful!
