Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Dr Regan was wonderful with our furbaby during her diagnosis, operation and recovery period. Keeping us updated regularly and relieving our worries. Such a lovely and caring young lady 💕
Dear Dr. Alan, Linda and Desree Linda, I am writing to express our deepest gratitude for the incredible care you provided to our beloved orange bombshell, Pud. Dr. Alan, your skill and expertise in performing that very difficult surgery were nothing short of remarkable. To see Pud not only recover, but return to his full, madcap self… charging around and getting into his usual antics…is a joy we owe entirely to you. You gave us back our happy, thriving cat. And Linda, the compassion and communication you both showed was the very definition of exceptional care. The updates on his progress meant the world to us, offering such peace of mind during a worrying time. Then, to have you all there in reception to send him off when we picked him up… what a wonderful, personal touch. It truly felt like a family seeing him home. The entire experience was second to none. You have created a special place at Heatherlands Animal Hospital, where profound skill meets genuine kindness. If anyone’s animal needs care, they will never be sorry for choosing you. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for everything. With warmest regards, Charlene and Patrick
Dr Alan is the best . Took the time and care to diagnose our dog properly.
We (or rather our dog) needed a Vet after hours. Dr. Van Wellie met us within 15 minutes at the clinic. She was professional, throurourgh and really cared for the dog. The clinic has a welcoming feel and is well equipped. It is easy accessible via a main road through George and has ample on site parking.
Doctors and receptionists are friendly and love the animals.
Absolutely amazing. We would not have been able to travel with our pets without the vets going above and beyond to help us. Gentle and kind to the animals, and superb personal service. Best vet I've ever seen, including my aunt.
The most amazing and caring vets. Your fur children are well cared for. The Doctors are 1st Class. The facility has excellent parking and carries all the good foods, toys, educational items etc. We couldn't imagine taking our fur kids anywhere else
