Absolutely hands down the best! They were a turning point in my health, Dr's and specialist physicians could not help or even diagnose me properly and Andre did. I now live in America and I phone them for advice when needed, they know what they are doing, they are sincerely invested in making a difference in people's health and lives, the approach us natural and holistic and they know what works! A year ago, Lucinda helped me and I found a solution to my reoccurring UTI's after 4 years. I haven't gotten it since. Went there yesterday after months and I was very disappointed with the service I received. I walked in and no one asked if they could assist me. I then asked the fat lady with the specs and short hair who was stocking the shelves if she could assist me and she gave me attitude. I then apologised for disturbing her and told her what I needed help with. She then called someone else to assist me and she wasn't friendly either. The old lady and coloured lady at the counter was very friendly and polite - they were the only two people that actually greeted. If you don't like your job please don't take it out on the customers. Also I've always seen the white folks getting speedy assistance with a smile and a laugh. If the white ladies don't want to help people of colour and give them attitude then please get someone who doesn't have a problem with people of colour and who won't have an attitude on the floor. Very disappointed after I've referred my family here. Please get an online system so that we can order online instead of dealing with the attitudes and unfriendly faces

After two years of stomach problems and seeing doctors and wasting alot of money and getting knowhere I came across nature's own pharmacy. The person who helped me was so nice to what I'm used too and was so helpful , so glad I found them and next problem I face I would rather see them for advice. Thanks to Barbara I feel so much better. People really need to know about them.
