Very nice, friendly and helpful reception staff. They are caring, they makes you feel safe to leave your pet there. And you are welcome to phone if you have any questions or concerns, if your pet has had an operation. They assist quickly
The vets are superb and always give the best service with lots of love for our pets. The receptionists could be more welcoming and friendlier. With every visit I have found one unpleasant, abrupt and chatting to her colleagues like there aren't clients there. Don't forget that frontline staff is the face of your business.
Really lovely vet with really friendly staff. Truly impressed when taking my little Yorkie for the first time there. Lovely big shop as well with food, tablets , toys and beds and so much more ! Really reasonable compared to other vets as well being a bonus !
I walked in there for the 1st time with a little problem and the lady at the reception was just so amazing. I just didn't get her name, thank you
Dr. Loots and her team at Newton Park Animal Hospital have been a lifesaver for my little Pomeranian Lilly. She was diagnosed with a hip condition, and they've been so patient and understanding throughout the entire process. They've provided excellent care, explaining everything clearly and answering all my questions. Thanks to their expertise and support, Lilly is doing much better.
Fantastic place to bring your "furbabies" if they are ill. ...doctors and folk at reception are friendly and very helpful. ..the doctors (veterinarians)are helpful and compassionate about helping you were ever they can...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT. ...
