Westering Vet T/a Vets Incorporated

The woman working as the vet there is incredible. Her petside manner, the way she works with the animals, the entire process is private care for your pet! I highly, highly recommend her!

What a wonderful experience from the time I got there until I left.. Friendly and helpful staff

This is one of the best vets in PE. Super friendly, they did an excellent job with my doggie Iris. Please support them because they do a lot of charity work. Also if your puppy needs training I highly recommend Maxine’s puppy school. You will get one on one attention and both you and your pup will learn a lot !

Very good service and lots of good relatable, practical advice from the vets. Very happy patient

We took my 9 month old Golden retriever to this vet in January after he had started limping after running and injuring his paw.He also was treated for an ear infection at the same time- hence we had to take him back a few time to ensure it was resolved. The vet assured us that him limping was just a soft tissue injury and did not need an X-ray. She saw him another two times and only prescribed pain killers. When we got back from holiday to Cape Town and the limping still didn’t stop we took him to a vet here. She immediately X-ray’d him and found he had a broken bone in his paw. Unfortunately the vet gave us 3 option- amputation, bandaging the paw and lastly undergoing surgery to put a pin in the bone. We tried bandaging the paw however that did not work after 4 weeks and he had to undergo surgery. It has been 8 weeks since his injury and only now we can start the 6-8 weeks of healing. This vet was negligent and refused to do the X-ray even though I asked multiple times. My poor puppy has had numerous vet visits, countless medications and a major surgery because of her negligence. We have spent thousands of rands trying to help him(approximately R25k-including surgery costs). I would like a full refund for all our visits here as she basically did nothing to help.

Won't recommend anyone taking they're pets to this useless vet because of them we had to have our female english bullmastiff put out when we've taken our dog to this vet this vet told us there's nothing seriously wrong and just gave us useless medicine to give to our dog and her condition kept deteriorating took for second opinion and was shocked when they told us it was cancer but this stupid vet tells us nothing serious is wrong pathetic it's this vets fault caused us unnecessary heartbreak

What a terrible experience. Unfriendly staff and unprofessional service.. the vet and the staff provide such an unprofessional and unwelcome service. Will never go back there again. Had a much better experience at a traditional healer.
