Family Vet Fourways

Family Vet has been absolutely outstanding! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with kindness and genuine care. The team is professional, compassionate, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. They treat our pets like their own, and it really shows in the level of service and attention to detail. Appointments are easy to book, the facilities are spotless, and you can truly feel that every staff member is passionate about animal wellbeing. It’s such a relief knowing our pets are in such capable and caring hands. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a vet that goes above and beyond!

This is the best veterinarian experience I had in my life. Made an appointment, so we didn't have to sit and wait amongst scratchy, barky, meowy, smelly animals and their equally loud owners. On Friday, 13 October, my beautiful black cat, Annie, and I were met at reception by a very friendly lady who spoke to me in my mother tongue, so Annie could also understand what was about to happen. We went straight through to the impeccably clean waiting area and in a second we were helped by an animal loving veterinarian who very thoroughly examined my fur baby, made a diagnoses, administered medication, gave feedback and waved us goodbye as we sailed off into the sunset. As a bonus, 'dotsure' paid within 24 hours for our pleasant excursion.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The shop is like a warehouse size with everything under one roof. You will find thousands of fish of many species in the tanks and aquarium. Don't forget: there is also a Vet Pharmacy inside the store.

The friendliest kindest vets I have ever visited. I panicked when I saw a lump on my baby's neck a week after her injections, within 2 minutes the Vet called me back and explained everything to me and offered to check it out... Thank you! amazing to find people so passionate about my baby

So far great place to get advice and pet supplies. Got a fish tank (upgrading from a bowl) and all staff are so willing to help and advise. Love the attention. Not knowing prices of things , felt item prices were fair so assume it is as the store was busy.

Amazing Service and Care! I had a fantastic experience at Famiky Vet Fourways! The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about animal care. They took the time to answer all my questions and provided excellent advice for my pet. The store is well-stocked with high-quality pet products, and the service was efficient and professional. I really appreciate the care and attention given to my pet, and I highly recommend Family Vet Fourways to any pet owner looking for expert veterinary care and top-notch service. I will definitely be returning!

Best vet experience - I’ve never seen my pup so calm. They turned a very stressful situation into a pleasant one. We booked ahead of time and arrived 10 mins later. They were ready for him and we didnt have to wait long at all. Very clean, lots of doggy snacks and kind, very reassuring staff
