Johannesburg Specialist Veterinary Centre

We as well as our doggo's love everyone at JSV. The service and treatment there is top tier. What I especially love is when Minki Kruger is on duty. She always makes you feel so welcome. She always helps and if she doesn't know the answer she will go out of her way to find out for you. So we always get good service and care from the moment we enter until we leave. Wouldn't ever want to go anywhere else!

We had to take Butch for a visit to a specialist and our vet recommended Dr Naudé. I think what I appreciate the most from our experience today was the empathy and professionalism of everyone at the practice. It was bad news, but Dr Naudé was sensitive, reassured us and took the time to explain. We now know what we have to do to keep him happy for as long as we have. If any of our dogs ever need to visit a specialist vet again it will be at Johannesburg Specialist Veterinary Centre. Six stars.

Absolutely fantastic service when you need a specialist vet. Hugely knowledgeable and compassionate, extremely thorough, and they provide you with a variety of viable treatment options. We have had superb treatment for our senior cat, who has a wide range of health issues, from Dr Miller and Dr Adri. They have helped to extend his life and keep him happy and comfortable to our huge relief. We are eternally gratefully 🙏🏻 Friendly, efficient reception staff and great selection of food.

This hospital’s care is top notch. They are excellent with the animals I have seen and especially my dog Ace. He got very sick and had to stay in hospital for 2 weeks. Ace loves his home and struggles to stay anywhere his family isn’t. He just wants to be loved. The doctors and nurses made sure he felt at home and safe. They were careful and good at their job. Minki Kruger took such good care of him while he was there. She would send me pictures after his surgery and visit him to see how he’s doing. Minki is definitely a kind and warm person, good at her work and always wears a bright smile. She helped me feel contempt as I knew she was loving my boy. I could sleep peacefully at night knowing Ace is well taken care of and loved. I can’t thank her enough for her support and love. Ace absolutely adores her and everyone there:)

Everyone at JSV are absolute stars! The caring & professional service one receives is next level. All my bosties have come here & Dr Naude and brilliant team have saved my girl Jess, who is recovering well & getting back to her bossy self. I'm so grateful & cannot recommend this practice enough 🐾✨️🩷

Words will never be enough to thank the team at Joburg specialist and specifically Dr. Rowena. Although we lost our beautiful boy, Kush on Saturday they fought so hard to save him. The love they showed him and the strength they gave him in between our visits last week meant the world to us. This practice leads by heart and is backed by incredible medical knowledge. Thank you for giving it everything. You are all hero's! All our love and thanks - The Grahams

The care that my rescue spaniel, Bella - B received was exceptional.
