Took my baby boy in on Wednesday who had parvo virus, VET gave him injections and made me understand its a 50/50 chance of him surviving.. 5 days later he is walking, drinking and eating again im so grateful! Thank you for the assistance!! After i drove all over Alberton for a VET at 9am he was the only vet available, thank you for saving my boy!

I am deeply disappointed with the experience I had at your clinic. My dog was in critical condition and required an emergency hysterectomy, but instead of focusing on her immediate need for life-saving care and relief her pain, you were more concerned about her not having her yearly vaccination although she was vaccinated as a pup and does not mix with other dogs - ever heard of isolation? While I understand the importance of vaccinations, this situation called for compassion and urgency. Instead of offering to isolate my dog and provide the care she desperately needed, your clinic chose not to help, gave her antibiotics, told us to come back in 3 days for her yearly vaccine and then maybe operate in another week, while she was bleeding internally, because I trusted you the infection spread and got so bad 1 x day after your consultation she now has possible damaged her liver, kidneys and pancreas. You did not even give her pain meds, is this how you treat animals!! A 3kg Miniature Yorkie, the pain my dog endured because of you is unacceptable. Thankfully, we found a 24hr vet who showed far more compassion and professionalism at 2 in the morning then you ever did. They acted quickly and saved my dog’s life, they actually care and love animals and show concern when an animal is in pain. This experience made it clear to me that your clinic does not care about the well-being of animals in emergencies. I would not recommend your services to anyone who loves and wants their pet to be treated with genuine care and urgency in a time of need. You have not even phoned to do a follow up on why Nalla has not been back, that is how much you care. I have used every bit of self restraint not to re-visit your practice and confront you.

Loved the experience, and it was very professional. Also delicate with my dogs. My dog did not cry once when receiving an injection. Thanks, guys.

I will absolutely recommend the vet. I brought in my Senior Labrador Chico who has arthritis and was impressed at the care that was given to him. Your receptionist Darlene is amazing, so friendly and helpful, and I am so grateful for all they have done. Keep up the excellent service.
