She went above and beyond to ensure us how the process is going, keeping us informed and calming us down. She showed so much care towards our Fur Babies. Amazing service from Yvette and the team! Handled our doggos move from JHB to KZN with real understanding and care. The price was also really great! My dogs were picked up and then in boarding for three days, but when delivered they didn’t even seem to have missed us! 😂 Really glad I went with Petport, since it took a whole lot of stress away with such a big move.

I would highly recommend PETportal! They were absolutely amazing and made me feel like my 2 kitties were in the hands. I was so nervous brining them from Durban to London Evan was a star and kept me updated the whole way and during the evening and early in the morning! Excellent, professional, caring service from PETport with a special mention to Evans! They handled everything perfectly from start to finish, and gave me all the correct advice, as I was extremely worried about transporting my cats overseas to our new home as one would be, but everything went smoothly! My 3 cats including my 15 year old cat arrived home after 4 nights away from me after their big journey from South Africa to the UK as if nothing had happened.
