Sandringham Veterinary Hospital

We took our 12 year old rescue goldie to Dr Alae yesterday (new owner) who was very kind and gentle with her. Very impressed with her service and the friendly reception staff and well stocked shop. Even though we waited a little bit (it was a busy Friday afternoon so to be expected) it was very nice to be able to go in without an appointment and get my doggie an injection to help with her pain. Highly recommend and very convenient for animal owners in the surrounding areas.

The vet Dr Catherine is amazing. They treated my dog with love compassion and care over the past month as he had liver cancer. We had to say goodby to him this morning. They were so considerate and empathetic and we could not have got through this without their help and kindness. Thank you for all you did for our baby Moon. We appreciate all your efforts.

Thank you Dr Katherine Alae... I was so impressed with Dr Alae. Darcy had an unexpected experience and was treated by Dr Katherine Alae. Darcy is my brother's dog, who i absolutely adore. I called Dr Alae from Cape Town as my brother was beside himself, we were all so worried! I was so impressed as Dr Alae took the time to chat with me every time I called, and put me in the picture with Darcys emergency. Darcy spent 3 days at Sandringham vet, Dr Alae sent videos to Rob( my brother) everyday so he could see her progress. Thanks to ALL the staff at Sandringham for looking after our darling Darcy.

The new owners umm - it’s a disaster. I will never visit this VET again. They love money more than they love their work. Treating pets is no longer a passion, it’s all about money. I will never visit them again. My review is based on what the previous owners used to do for us and what you guys do now. It’s not the first time for me to experience this type of behavior, You are just different that’s all and I wish the previous owner can sit down with you and tell you to have a little bit of care. I won’t come again unfortunately and please remove my name in your Accounts. Instead of brushing my points down, try to sit down and take a reflection on why people are complaining.

I have no words for this vet and their entire team, my Boston was bitten by my other dogs for the second time, it was a Saturday afternoon and had the luck of going to sandringham vet, dr Alea was incredible, she was so empathetic, I was in a state of shock, long story short dr Alea and her team have been incredible being with me and my dog on the long journey to recovery

Dr. Israelite is the best Vet in the world. Your pet's health is more important than anything else. He and his team saved Coco's life. Cared for her like she was one of their family members. I am so thankful that they came to our rescue.

I went in to put my cat down. I was quoted R644. After I lost my cat, and I grief, I get a bill of R1400. Total ripoff.
