Clicks Pharmacy Thembisa Mall

I got the best service from Nondumiso. I think she's the pharmacy manager. She was so patient and very engaging. I was happy to be assisted by her.

I called to check on my son's prescription and was helped by a lovely lady Diana Mokgotho who evn suggested on delivery which I ddnt know but so needed...she checked 4 the prescription n evn checked if my medical aid would pay n luckily it did pay..she hd so much patience...tnx Diana 4 ur help...any1 plz look 4 her 4 assistant she's 👍

The pharmacist are the worst and lack patient care, this particular branch changed my whole perspective of Clicks. I know it to be the best and have never encountered any problems till I visited this branch.

I was there to get my sons medication using his father’s medical aid..I had a visual card and copy of his identity as proof….they refuse to help me demanding his original identity which I didn’t know where I was gonna get it becouse I don’t live with him

There is tall dark gentlemen who assisted me to get batteries for a prepaid electricity machine. ( I apologize I forgot your name) thank you for your patience and for going an extra mile helping me. The team was friendly and helpful.

I had my worst service ever here that time am sick and coudint explain further to get assisted cause is like the more I ask question is the more I annoy that person who was helping me had to leave and go to dischem .

I'm really not happy with this store, I sent my 16 year old Lil sister to get me ventimax while I was home running out of breath and to my surprise they refused to sell the med to her claiming that she's still young. I'm so disappointed and luckily she was able to get me the meds at another pharmacy.
