I would like to sincerely thank Dr Greta and the entire team at MediVet for the incredible care they provided to our beloved Lucy during her femoral head and neck ostectomy which is the surgical removel of the head and neck of the femur to alleviate pain caused by hip problems. From the very first moment, they treated not only our Lucy but also me as her worried mommy with so much love, patience, and compassion. They made us feel like more than just another case—they made us feel truly important and cared for. The way they handled our Lucy before, during, and after the operation was nothing short of amazing. They took the time to explain everything, reassure me, and make sure our Lucy was comfortable and loved throughout the process. My dog Snippy became ill and it looked like she gets seizures. I took her to the vet and the Dr did a thorough check to see what was wrong. Gave medication and they did follow up every second day to find out if Snippy was okay. You do not get this from all vets. Thank you so much for all the help and support and for the ongoing support. Medivet Kimberley is awesome 👌. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel at ease to ask or tell them what you need. They check in regularly if your dog or cat was sick. I don't regret it for a second the day I took Snouwy my dog to Medivet Kimberley.
