Always get the best service they really do there jobs because they love animals... Give my pup in on Thursday with parvo they nursed him back to health treated him just like we whould (a baby). Whould really recommend them

I would not recommend going to this veterinarian at all! I had my dog neutered and when I went to fetch her they gave me no after care tips and no guidance. They also did not offer any pain medication and I had to explicitly ask. 0 stars for there services. Really not impressed.

We took our Scottish Terrier who was experiencing intense stomach pain and bloating. The staff were extremely unprofessional. No one wears uniform, and the vet didn’t even introduce himself. During the consultation he didn’t even listen to her heart, lungs or stomach with a stethoscope, which is standard procedure. He diagnosed her with gastritis, but couldn’t even explain to me what the condition is. He suggested admitting her for a few hours to administer a drip and intravenous medication and fluids. When he took us to the back of the clinic where the kennels are, it wasn’t clean nor hygienic. Very reluctantly we left her there, and luckily she is still alive. When we went back to fetch her, we asked to see her. The vet then told us we have to wait while the staff clean the room since they DID AN OPERATION THERE on one of the other dogs. They did surgery on a dog in the same room where the kennels are for any admitted pets. This room is far from sterile or safe enough to do surgery. While we waited to see our dog, I saw on the computer at the reception that the vet had previously Googled on what the dosage is for medication for cats. Who knows whether this man is even a veterinarian or not. It seems to me he has no clue what he is doing, and he is endangering the lives of animals while charging people an arm and a leg for it. Our bill for an IV drip and consultation, along with some medication was R1670!!!!

This Sunday morning, I needed urgent help for my Labrador who is terminally ill. At just after 7.00 a.m. Dr.Keto welcomed me into their practice. In my now plus 50 years of owning pets and interfacing with Vets, Dr Keto would rank highly among the top three. Totally professional, empathetic and most helpful. He is an asset to this practice and I will definitely use their services again.

I would not recommend Rainbow Vet to anyone. I took my pekengise for sterilization and she died 5 days after the operation with internal bleeding and infection. No clean areas and even the way they handled and gave her to me was without compassion.

Had my female Jack Russel sterilized and they took such great care of her Thank you very much

Rainbow vet is one of the best vets if experienced in a long time. My dog recently went for a sterilisation and tore his stitches 5 times. Each time they are willing to help and the doctor really cares about the animals. The have 24/7 service. I am very happy with Rainbow vet and would definitely recommend.
