My dog gave birth on the 16th Dec to o e puppy. The rest she couldn't push .Following day tool here to State Veterinarian. Doctor told us the is no water. All he can do is put our dog down.No interested didn't even care.Running around for veterinarian and can't find any that can help.Meaning we have to now go home with the mother to see if tomorrow she will make it to another trip to the private veterinarian...
