Customer Reviews
Absolute Pets Liberty Mall has a rating of 3.6 out of 5 based on over 8 reviews on Google
I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Absolute Pets branch in Midlands Liberty Mall. One of the staff members behaved extremely unprofessionally. The interaction was so off-putting that I stopped shopping with Absolute Pets altogether for months. It wasn’t until I visited a different branch with far better service that I considered returning. This location seriously needs to address staff conduct and professionalism.
Great experience with one of your staff on 13th of Jan 2025 at your Midlands Mall branch. She was helpful, friendly and reserved the last bag of cat food for me.
Closed at 17:25pm on 16 January 2025 when it says on Google that they are open until 18:00pm
