Made an appointment for 8 O clock to have my Yorkie bathed and sheared. Called a hour later to find my dog is still not done. Called again a hour later to hear that they are helping walk in clients first. How on earth can you make an appointment, but get helped last!! Got my Yorkie at 11:30 only to see they shaved ALL his hair off and charged me R250.. They will definitely not see me again!!!
Very friendly service with a variety of pet products. If there is anything in specific you are looking for, they will send you a message as soon as there is stock. I even bought secondhand books there
