1st visit was absolutely amazing with our 6 puppies first visit in December. Unfortunately, when I contacted them again today for a sick puppy the receptionist was extremely rude, unfriendly and very unhelpful. I will never go there again😡.

Took my dog in because of limping.They didn't want to do xrays on her leg,gave me a supplement saying she has arthritis because of her weight.Now I've been struggling for almost 5 months trying different treatments from vets who actually care in johannesburg. She's going for a minor surgery soon to test for cancer. Could probably have been picked up sooner if I listened to my gut about now trusting any vet in lichtenburg.
First I took my female cat for sterilisering, and thereafter my male cat, when he was old enough. I cannot thank The Silver Cross team enough for the GREAT service, care and love towards my animals. Best Vet I dealt with in a very long time! Was ready to assist my mother with her pitbull that got hurt with so much care and patience! Made her feel calm when she was stressed out! Recommend anytime!
