Blouberg Veterinary Clinic (Louis Trichardt)

Good service overall. Did not cover my dogs injury, and it got infected. Had to go to another vet to sort it out.

So disappointed with how the groomers here at Blouberg "groomed" my chow chow. Granted he’s a puppy and he’s not easy to groom at this age but he looks so shorn. Extremely poor knowledge that chows are supposed to have their undercoat and a trimmed overcoat to regulate their temperature. Their reasoning is "it’s hot so it’s better short" which shows their poor knowledge in their supposed field of expertise. I will never be using them again!

Nice and clean. Great customer service

l call for help they promised to call me back ,so to me experience was not fair as my dog end up dead along with puppies

Service is quite amazing for there is no segregation. They give themselves time to explain how different animal and chicken medicines are used. More attention is given to elderly people, disabled with cautions. A welcoming service atmosphere. I like this place one cannot go home dissatisfied.

Best vet hospital in Limpopo. Overall service was excellent and professional.

They have a large selection of food for pets. The staff could be more helpful. There isn’t enough parking spots, my partner had to wait in the car while I went inside the shop. He got an earful from one of the staff members for parking in front of the shop but he still would have moved if someone needed to pass.
