I was assisted by Katlego Segalagala, who gave me stellar service. He was very patient, informed me about a special I wasn’t aware of, and even helped me retrieve my card on WhatsApp. Thank you very much, Mr. Segalagala, for being the face of good customer service in a world where customer care is often undervalued. You are appreciated.

Compliments to Clicks Mabopane for hiring such great people that go beyond their call of duty. I had a problem with my click and collect order and I was assisted by Mr. Marishane who took his time to help me resolve my issue. Most of the staff members are friendly and helpful, greeting clients with a smile. So five stars for excelling in customer service.

i would like to appreciate the service that i got at Clicks Mabopane central city,. first of all there was load shedding during the time i was shopping, so as i was about to finish my card payment their generator ran out of power. The system had already approved but it could not print the receipt as proof. i anticipated that i would have to wait 2 hours for the electricity to come back in order to verify my purchase. To cut the story short Mr. Marishane kindly assisted me above my expectations, He paid the medication for my mother from his pocket. Since we were not sure if the transaction went through or not. We really need people like him in Management. Not forgetting the tall gentleman at the till , He was very friendly and also willing to assist , i forgot his name but Big ups to him as well.

This could have easily become a one star but because of the Manager stepping in it got a 3 star. I ordered something online only to come to collections to be assisted by a very slow lady by the name of Fikile. Fikile goes to the store room to collect the parcel and takes like 15min till the manager called for her only to find that she hasn't had the key...fast forward manager had to go fetch the parcel herself. Managers like these are needed she was going up and down assisting everywhere why her colleague was just running around not knowing how to retrieve my parcel. We do online shopping for the sole purpose of not waiting in long ques but noooo not at central city. However at the end The manager, Fikile and some of the stuff apologized ... Apology accepted

Pharmacists are very good at their job . They were very fast in helping and reducing the queue. I didn’t wait for long and I was impressed

Makgalemele Mika a needs to be dealt with!! I was there on the 17th of October 2020 getting flu medication and the person Helping me was very rude, I was explaining to him the items I wanted at the pharmacy and he rudly answered and I said I should finish talking and that I shouldn't come here and state things like I'm at grocery shopping he belittled me and was extremely rude I felt like I was buying the medication on credit when in actually fact I was paying. I hope that man is dealt with because this is my second encounter with him, he was this rude the last time I was at clicks pharmacy soshanguve plaza.
