The Lower South Coast SPCA provides an invaluable service to the community, ensuring the welfare, protection, and care of animals in need. A big thank you to Duminisani from the Lower South Coast SPCA for collecting the grey cat. The poor cat had been biting in the face and the wound had become infected. He handled the cat with such care and professionalism throughout. Thank you also to the receptionists for keeping me updated on the cat’s progress — your kindness and communication mean a lot. I truly appreciate the dedication shown by the entire team, and I hope the cat’s owners can be found soon.
On 15 Oct 2025, I took a friend to the SPCA to help their dog that wasn't well. The team was super helpful, supportive and organized! While waiting for my friend, I browsed the thrift store or charity store as it is called, and they have some very nice stuff there, especially antique items! They offer great service and their prices for consultation and services like rabies injections are pretty reasonable. Sadly, my friend's little buddy had to be put down due to his condition 😞 but thank you SPCA team for your fabulous work!
Thank you for your sympathetic service. Fetched my 9 year old Boerboel due to the fact that he was very sick and we're pensioners, couldn't take him. Our hearts are broken, but you made it bearable. Receptionist so helpful and gentleman who came to fetch him so kind hearted. Thank you very much.
Excellent service. Beautiful shops. Friendly staff. Had our 3 dogs neutered and sterilized. It didn't take as long as I expected. Nice to see some happy smiles. 5 stars is not enough. Thank you Mike too for all your help.
Took great card of my furry baby.She boarded for 1 week. Very reasonable. Great charity shop too!
Even though I don't like animals but they have good care for them. The workers are always busy and yet they have excellent customer service.
