The store is so clean and the rest room is clean

There is an African lady at this shop with dreadlocks; she is extremely impatient and very rude. The manner in which she treats farmers coming to the store to redeem government issued PESI voucher is outright impertinent. So, I went to the shop with my mother to assist her to redeem her voucher. We were assisted by "Andries" to choose specific feeds within her voucher amount. My mum had two vouchers and this a fact were did not explain to Andries because we didn't know it would make a difference whether it was one or two vouchers. When we reached the till (manned by the lady) with marked feeds and quantities, it was at this stage that we explained that the vouchers are in fact two with different amounts. The lady got irritated and told us that we are creating a lot of work for her. I then suggested that to resolve the issue, we could simply split the quantities and then redeem the vouchers accordingly. Yoh!! she was having none of this and just went on telling us that we are creating a lot of work for her. Her demeanor and body language in saying all this was clearly disrespectful. At one stage, she asked us to step aside so that she could assist a "client". This was a person standing behind us waiting on the queue. In her characterisation, we weren't clients worthy of her time; there were seemingly more important clients. Ultimately, we were moved to another till and got assisted by an elderly white lady. The service from the elderly lady was a stark contrast to what we had been subjected to. She was friendly and courteous and managed to assist us to redeem both vouchers without fuss. The elderly lady did exactly what I suggested, splitting the quantities according to the amount on the vouchers. If I ever again have to use ALZU in Mashishing, I would not accept assistance from that lady. Her attitude is offensive and insolent. All in all, other staff member that assited us there were friendly and nice people. Andries, Mkhonto and the elderly lady at the till were awesome.
