Dis-Chem Pharmacy The Grove Shopping Centre - Nelspruit

Very rude staff/security. I entered the shop before closing time, the doors were obviously still open. I was looking for an item and couldn't find it security asked if I needed assistance and tried to help find the item but could not find the item. I proceeded to another aisle double checking for the item alone. The security lady came up to the new aisle I was in and told me the store is closing as if I was shopping for multiple items. I was only in store for 5 minutes and was just double checking for one item, I was in store before the doors had actually closed and had every right to finish shopping like everyone else was. The lady had no right to come up to me and rush me. If your store wants their staff to leave work exactly upon closing time then dont accept any customers prior to your closing time which will be infact against the law. Very frustrating to be treated as if I had no right to be in your shop.

When you are nelspruit and in need of any medication then please dont wait and run arround to find any other pharmacy, just go to the grove shopping centre and there you will get dischem which is the answer of safe health

Can you please upgrade or switch on your air conditioner. I BEG!

Always get the best prices on things I need

Zelda Minnie , is an amazing assistant and was extremely friendly and helpful. I do not know the store, but she walked all the way with me and helped me select reading glasses and also went to fetch meds and brought it to me. The best service I ever received at any Dischem, so far.Thank you Zelda👏

It is a nice place and has great service 👌 it's a 💯 percent accurate and the price is affordable

Giving Dischem Nelspruit the Grove 5 Star because the entire staff is very helpful, am sure they're trained by same person because wow👌! I will always prefer to use them as a Pharmacy and also they're close to my workplace. Keep it up Team!
