Prime Pet Veterinary Day Clinic

This is Myles, our German Short Haired Pointer. He has been an integral part of our family for the past 9 years and has brought immense joy to friends, family, children, and especially to his little brother, Tesla. Myles has the most incredible personality and a way of lighting up every room he walks into. Recently, we noticed that something was not quite right and took him to Prime Pet for an examination. Dr Molly performed a thorough check up and discovered a growth at the back of his mouth, which was clearly causing him discomfort. Dr Molly operated to remove the growth, and the surgery was a complete success. Almost immediately after Myles came home, we noticed parts of his personality returning that we had not seen in a while. It was as if he started smiling and laughing again. Seeing that change alone confirmed that we had made the right decision and that he had been in exceptionally good hands. One aspect that truly sets Prime Pet apart is their approach to reducing stress for animals. There is a separate waiting area for the dogs, where they can move around freely and calmly explore their surroundings. This environment brought a noticeable sense of calm over Myles. Dr Molly introduced herself to him in this space, and Myles happily followed her through to the consultation room for weighing and assessment. The transition was so gentle that he never seemed to realise he was at the vet, but rather visiting a new friend. Thank you to Prime Pet and Dr Molly for your professionalism, compassion, and genuine care. This was truly a pleasant experience, and we are deeply grateful for the positive difference you have made in Myles’ life.

I had my young female dog sterilised at Prime Pet Veterinarian Day Clinic 2 weeks ago and her stitches out today. What a lovely experience the operation was done so well the stitches were so neat and the attention and care given to your pets is outstanding. My dog is highly anxious as she comes from a rescue facility and Prime Pet went out of their way to make Tinkie calm and in an environment to calm her down. Thank you Prime Pet veterinarian Day Clinic

We recently took our dog in for a dental procedure and had such a positive experience. The team was incredibly caring, and the atmosphere was calm and peaceful, which really put our dog at ease. They explained everything clearly and made sure we felt informed throughout the process. They also followed up afterwards to check on how our dog was doing, which we really appreciated. We’re very grateful and would definitely recommend them.

Munchkin had a check-up, and I couldn’t be happier with the care we received. The entire staff was warm, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They made sure my cat felt calm and comfortable throughout the visit, which is no small feat! The vet took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and you can really tell they care about the animals. I highly recommend this practice to any pet owner looking for compassionate and thorough veterinary care!

Erica, Mollie & the whole team at Prime Pet Veterinary Day Clinic has been of such great assistance. Not once but three times! Once with the sterilisation of our Collie, the second and third time they managed to save our dogs from poisoning. They went the extra mile to ensure our dogs are taking their meds and that they are coping. They will always have our support! I will recommend them to anyone!

The vet was thorough, gentle, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. You can tell they genuinely care about the animals they treat. We left feeling reassured and well taken care of. Definitely our go-to clinic from now on.

Took my puppy there today, great service, friendly staff. Would definietley recommend prime pet for your fur babies.
