On the 17th of October 2025, I had to put my Dachshund, Jack Sparrow, to sleep. It was one of the hardest moments of my life. The vets and receptionist at Vets@66 were sweet and gentle and caring with both me and Jack. Only after going through all the possibilities, did they go to euthanizing. They gave me all the time I wanted with Jack to say goodbye. They were also very nice when I came to pick Jack's ashes up. I do recommend Vet@66 to anyone looking for a caring vet.
We couldn't be happier to find this amazing vet in Nelspruit, Amazing team and Vets, Responsive and helpful, Very clear communication with our needs and special demands, which helps in emergencies, They have a great selection of cat food and we can place an order in advance what we need, Which is very helpful if your pets has specific food need, We definitely Happy customers
great staff, always helpful and caring ! and highly trained to help with all sorts of pets, not just your dog or cat!! 10/10 would recommend.
Called the emergency late at night and the lady didn't believe we have an emergency after telling her my dog is DRAGGING his back legs and it's getting worse AFTER being put on medication. Everything on the internet told met this is an emergency and I can not wait, he needs help! "Uhm.....mmmm....is this an emergency?" She said not really wanting to assist. This is very bad service, especially for an emergency number!
Had an amazing experience at 'The Vets @66' The staff were incredibly kind and professional, truly a pleasure to meet. Their care for the animals is top-tier and genuine. You can see how much love and dedication they put into their work. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for quality care for their pets. Easily the number one vet in Nelspruit! 🐾❤️
Jo-Ann and Karin have been our preferred vets in Nelspruit for more that a year now for the way that they look after our pets. Their caring manner towards our two cats and two dogs make them in my opinion certainly the best vets in Mbombela. It is the little things that set them apart. I will recommend them any time!!
An exceptional veterinary clinic that genuinely cares for the animals they treat. Their pricing is fair, and the staff are always warm, kind, and welcoming. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate and trustworthy care for their pets.
