My dog Max loves Sun Valley Kennels! He always gets so excited when we arrive, and I know he’s in good hands. The staff are friendly and caring, and I can see how happy and comfortable Max is after his stays. It gives me such peace of mind knowing he’s well looked after. Highly recommend!

We have a 12-year old Schnauzer that has been going to Sunvalley for years. Recently we had to leave him for a month which was quite a worry. When we collected him ... he looked 10 years younger! So happy, energetic and healthy.... He clearly got good food and lots of love. Thank you so much

My cats (and previously dogs) have been guests at Sun Valley for years. Very professional and caring service. Our animal children always come back in top condition. Can highly recommend them

We had a terrible experience boarding our dog at Sun Valley Kennels. After 10 days we got our boy back with deep weeping sores on all his joints (an indication that he was not given adequate bedding -they wouldn't let us leave our own bedding for him) and was kept on a concrete floor), he was emaciated, traumatized, and his hair was falling out (they said they groom them regularly it was obvious he hasn't been brushed once). He also had a tear in his ear that they failed to treat properly and took months of treatment for us to heal after getting him home. I had emailed several times to check on him and they never mentioned his quickly deteriorating state or injuries. Do NOT leave your animal here. Note the pictures I attached here were taken a week after being home and treating them daily.

An absolutely shocking experience. My dog was sick when she was collected from her 10 day stay. She hadn't been fed properly nor given her daily medication. She was wet. Her dog jacket had been taken off. On collecting her, we had to rush her to the Vet where she was on a drip for 6 days. She was dehydrated and had been so poorly treated. The vet confirmed that in the past 6 months they had continuously been treating dogs which had been neglected and abused at the Sun Valley kennels. There is no management. No supervision. No care. Staff just do their own thing... which is nothing. This disgusting place should be closed down... PERMANENTLY!

Our beloved cat called "Catty" absolutely loves the 1st class accommodation he gets at Sun Valley. He is well looked after and looks forward to his next visit. When we collect him he does not want to come home and he is very happy. The staff are very passionate about caring for the animals.
