I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided during and after my dog Coco’s neutering procedure on 07-03-2025. Several issues have arisen that have caused me significant concern: Lack of Effective Communication: Prior to the procedure, I explicitly requested both the attending staff and the receptionist to notify me via phone call when Coco was ready for collection, as I do not regularly monitor WhatsApp messages. Despite this, the only notification sent was through WhatsApp, which I did not see in time. Consequently, I was unaware of when to collect Coco. Collection Difficulties: Due to the missed WhatsApp message, I received a late call informing me that the clinic was closing and I needed to pick up Coco. Upon arrival, I found the gates locked and no staff present, despite assurances that someone would be there. This negligence forced Coco to remain at the clinic overnight without my knowledge of his care arrangements. Inadequate Post-Operative Care and Information: When I collected Coco the following morning, I was neither provided with antibiotics nor pain medication. His vaccination records were not returned, and no post-operative care instructions were given. I had to rely on online resources to understand how to care for him during his recovery. Unresponsive Communication Channels: Attempts to reach your clinic via WhatsApp and phone calls have been futile, with calls redirecting to an animal hospital in Kempton Park. This lack of responsiveness is unacceptable and has left me without support during Coco’s recovery. As a result of these shortcomings, Coco’s health has been compromised, causing him unnecessary suffering. I urge you to address these issues promptly to prevent other pet owners from experiencing similar distress.
