The service we got from vuyiseka swartbooi was exceptional,it was our 1st time visiting Dischem mall of Tembisa and she treated us like VIPs, her customer service is incredible. She treats all her customers with the same good spirit. She will greet you 1st and give you a beautiful smile. If I could I would just go to her all the time I visit Dischem. Dischem mall of Tembisa is very blessed to have you as their Cashier ❤️I will definitely come back to visit her,hope we are allowed to bring gifts.

I always buy at the Dischem mall of Tembisa as it is the nearest one. I'm a usual customer as most of the cashiers would recognize me. I have been ignoring a nasty attitude from some cashiers for a while now but today it has come to a point that I have decided I will never buy there. I got bad service from the assistant manager named Tlhahiso. The calling system said go to teller 9, I got there and greeted the guy and he asked me if I would need a plastic I said yes please. He scanned my items and when he was done I took out the money to pay he said to me " Sesi I said only card payment" But he never did he only asked me about a plastic. And with some cashiers last time I bought coffee it was marked R109.99 on the shelves but when I got to the tills the system showed R130 I came back with the price still lady supervisor didn't want to believe it was R109.99 And knowing that I’m a shareholder at Dischem (EasyEquity ) it pains me.

I did not receive good service at all. They don’t work according to their appointments and the cashiers at dispensary were not helpful.

I normally buy from Dis-Chem Mall of Tembisa especially the medication section. Most of them know me especially the older ladies as I refer to the as "mommy" but few days I go there seem do be new pharmacist one of the by Mudau, a lady who’s rude & doesn’t find the need to explain things especially when you ask her to repeat since she’s soft spoken. I purchased medication via cash of which she didn’t find the need to put tags/instructions on how they should be taken & decided to explain to me. When I got him I had to look up the medication and how to take them. I’m not happy at all & it never used to be like this with the previous pharmacist.

My every month cosmetic store , pls! always excellent service Im happy when there's stock ,but I had to order the hot comb online as it's not available instore . I like the dove sale buy 2get 1free 😹

The professional that I get from Tlou, don't know her surname. It's good. One thing that keeps me buying at this store is her, the way she handle customers, talk to them, easy on everyone that's gets her service and she is forever happy than the rest of the employees. Dis Chem hired the best employee which many companies are in search of
