Very disappointed with this vet. My mother and I brought three kittens in to be neutered. From the start, the staff repeatedly confused the kittens’ names and genders, even after we corrected them multiple times. The cages were also labeled incorrectly, and we had to step in to fix the mistakes ourselves. The worst part was when my mother went to collect the kittens and was told that my kitten had been sent to the pound by mistake. She had to rush there in a panic to make sure he was safe. Thankfully, we were able to contact someone at the pound before anything happened. This was a serious and unacceptable error. Mixing up pets and sending a client’s kitten to the pound shows a lack of proper communication and care. I am not satisfied with this experience at all.

Highly recommended. We were passing through Oudtshoorn on a road trip with our dog and needed to see a vet. Although they were fully booked and we could only get there after closing time: the staff waited for us, were super friendly and efficient. The highlight was that the vet (forgot her name) was very professional and clearly cares deeply for animals.

Review edit: About 6 months later my baby got very sick, vomiting everyday, not in the mood for anything, and then she started vomiting blood… I called Kango diere kliniek and they told me not to wait, so I took her in, they did blood test and put her on a drip, a few injections and kept her the whole day. I went to fetch her at 17:00. Turns out she had gotten some sort of gastric infection. Once again they get +5 star review from me (10 star if I could). Fast, reliable and efficient service from them. They are my go to if there is any problem. I took my miniature Chihuahua for emergency sterilisation because she got a bad infection. I must say, staff are professional and friendly. They helped immediately and saved her life. 2 weeks later I took her back to get the stitches removed and that was fast and painless. I will definitely recommend them. Im happy and my baby is happy and healthy . Thanks alot
