Thank you Dr Jessica and team for taking such good care of my maltese during her procedure. Your care, expertise and follow up calls are appreciated. Finally a vet clinic in Paarl that I fully trust and can rely on to take care of my two doggies!
Messaged them via WhatsApp in December clearly stating whats wrong with the dog. Their WhatsApp Business Profile showed that they are available and open for business but I received no response. Today the poor dog passed away. Even today we tried to make contact but no response. I wouldnt recommend your service to anyone. Seems like you only service those who you feel you want to service. I am really sad, heartbroken and dissapointed. I thought you are suppose to help but instead you ignored me entirely will I basically pled for your assistance.

Disappointed, phoned on 2 different occasions for help with my pet and everytime the lady on the phone says there is no doctors available or they are to full to assist without even knowing what help i need with my pet! So i can't even rate any furhter assistance because they are never available to help.
