Hayfields Veterinary Hospital

Hayfields vets are wonderful! Not only have they always treated our pets with the utmost care and compassion, they are also in tune with us as pet parents. We recently took our little dog Rodney to be cremated on a Sunday when they were open. The receptionist and Dr Clover were so kind, reassuring and sensitive towards our situation. Thank you, it means so much to our family ❤️

I have been taking pets to Hayfields vet for as long as l remember. The team at Hayfields is superb. I dealt with Carey today. I can only say that l feel blessed to know that there are people in this world who are prepared to go the extra mile.🙏🙏🙏💜🐈😻😻😻

Had to take my cat in for an emergency procedure, the staff were wonderful, compassionate and calm. The vet was efficient, gave detailed information of what she had to do to help my cat. My cat is fine now and I'm very grateful for the good care he received. This is his 2nd time there for an emergency procedure, and the first time was just as good. The staff care about the animals well being. Not sure how many lives my cat has left, certainly not 9 anymore 😸

When our pet child got sick and it seemed touch and go at one stage, not only was she extremely well looked after but the attention and care she received meant that she was able to pull through. Thank you to ALL the staff and highly competent and professional vets for being there for us again! These people are all genuine pet lovers!!

Received a phone call from Derek and all issues resolved my point of view there was a very big misunderstanding and miscommunication and cause of these trying time frustration set in. We apologize for the bad review and have now changed it to 5 star hayfields has been good to us thank you to Derek for the phone call to sort it all out. Dear Dr Clover...I wish to sate that recent visits to your premises, you & ALL your staff have been very caring, professional and thorough in the way you have dealt with my pets. Initially it was my fox terrier, Fred, who was diagnosed with kidney failure, middle of last year. You’re honest and compassionate manner was not only touching but reassuring. More recently my ‘sort of’ Jack Russell (Berty) has had a number of issues. Again you have shown not only compassion and assurance but you have also been very thorough in his diagnosis and treatment. I feel it is important that I express my appreciation, because often it’s easier and, sadly, more satisfying to complain. I must also state that I have actually been visiting your clinic / hospital since you opened in the 1980s, I think, and in all that time the above also very much applies. Graham

Made an appointment on the day and took my bunny, Pippin, for a haircut (to get rid off some badly matted hair). The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the vet was so careful with him. Definitely recommend them!
