Veterinary House Townbush

There is nothing I can fault with Veterinary House. The staff are friendly and helpful. Each vet we have consulted with has been fantastic. They are thorough in their approach, kind and caring. 10/10 recommend.

After "seeing" to my pup 16 September 2023 (11am), I had to rush him to the Hilton vet (7pm) as his tongue was turning blue, he later passed on 12 hours later, he had a raptured heart vessel and fluid in his lungs. Not the first time I lost a pet due to oversight - don't appreciate the charge for a "consultation" when I had emailed them about my pup passing on, and even asked them to contact Hilton Vet for the report to confirm the story. 8 hours could have saved his life if the proper tests were done.

What a wonderful vet practice!! So friendly and knowledgeable. Helped little Frankie fix her eye infection!

Thank you for saving our little boy. Your immediate response was life saving. Our little guy is doing much better after his traumatic experience and surgery that was carried out at the Hilton Vet due to the nature of his injuries. A big, big thank you from Griffin and I❤️

This is the home of some of the best avian vets in South Africa. Owning a bird sanctuary and working wiith sick and injured animals we visit on average 2-3 times a week. (Or prince alfred street branch) i would not leave my animals in anyone else's care. Specialist vets, they also care for our dogs and other animals. Is it wrong to mention Dr O Tatham and Dr L Dr Freitas as being the best bird vets I know of? All vets are extremely passionate and we have had our animals attended to by most of the vets. We really just would not go anywhere else! 5 stars plus

My baby was 6 years old...for 6 years we've come to your vet to see to her, she had coughs, your'll said it was nothing, we asked about getting her sprayed, your'll said it wasn't needed, she had lumps on her back, your'll said it's nothing to worry about again, we asked for medical assistant when she stopped eating, no response, we paid for food from your store that wasn't health beneficial yet your'll said it was for her...my baby died and I'm not heartbroken, I'm enraged, we trust you people with the life of our puppy for 6 whole year, God wasn't even on our side and no prayers were answered for her pain to somehow get eased, she suffered and when we took her to an actual vet that cares for the welfare of these creatures, they said that she was supposed to go for cancer treatment years ago, I blame you people for everything that she suffered through!

Best vet in Pmb by far. Wouldn’t go anywhere else
