My visit to the vet clinic in Marburg was disappointing. They lacked professionalism and effective communication. During an emergency with our cat, they refused to start an examination without upfront payment of R850+, showing a concerning lack of compassion. Prioritizing money over pet wellbeing was disheartening. I cannot recommend this vet for anyone seeking urgent and empathetic care for their animals!
