I want to express my deepest gratitude to Brooklyn Veterinary Clinic for the exceptional care and compassion they showed during a very difficult time. From the moment we arrived, all of the staff, including Dr. John and reception, treated us with respect and dignity. Dr. John took the time to thoroughly explain what to expect during the procedure with genuine care and empathy, which helped ease our anxiety. Although it was an incredibly emotional experience, we were given enough time to say our goodbyes without feeling rushed, which meant a lot to us. Their kindness and professionalism truly made a heartbreaking situation a little more bearable. I would highly recommend Brooklyn Veterinary Clinic to anyone in need of compassionate and dedicated care for their pets. They genuinely care about animals and their families, and it shows in everything they do.

John and my dog family comes over 13 years !! He knew late Peron and Agave . He and his staff now gives royal treatmeant to Terri, Bella and Kygo. They are royalties when the walk in there !! He lately drew Ter through two incidents !!!! Can't get better !!!!!!! Guys well done with the new premises - it took a lot of work BUT It looks top class !!! I WISH YOU MANY HAPPY YEARS THERE !! And we will be regular visitors !!!!

Dr John has been our family's vet for 12 years now. He has what most vets today are missing, a deep care for every one of his patients, and not just worried about the bill. Through highs and lows, Dr John has laughed and cried with us, and he has given us peace of mind while showing what it means to go the extra mile and really care. In the last decade he has cared for 4 golden retreivers and 5 cats (including one adopted from the very practice after she spent a week with the ladies in the office on the counter), treating each one like the important members of our family that they were and are. We will always come back and continue to sing his praises! Thank you Dr John and Brooklyn Vet clinic!
