Mooikloof Companion Animal Centre

AMAZING! I would highly recommend MCAC when relocating your pets to SA. It is a daunting process, but Jeanette led us through each and we are so grateful for her expertise. Every step was professional with great communication. They let us know the time lines up front, so there were no last minute requests. Everything went perfectly! This is our second time moving dogs to South Africa, and the second time we have used MCAC because we don't trust anyone else with our fur-babies. I cannot say enough good things about the service that we received.

Mooikloof Companion Animal Centre's Doggy Daycare has been an exceptional haven for our beloved pets for the past two years. We booked our dogs in twice a week and it just helps them get rid of some of their energy while we work. The incredible staff, marked by their warmth and professionalism, create an atmosphere of genuine care and dedication. The facilities are top-notch, providing a safe and stimulating environment for our furry companions. What sets this daycare apart is the convenience of their pickup and drop-off shuttle service, making it easy for busy pet parents. Furthermore, their behaviorist's expertise in matching dogs based on temperament and energy levels ensures harmonious playgroups, where every dog feels comfortable and has a fantastic time. The range of activities and personalized attention provided by the staff is outstanding, catering to each dog's unique needs and personalities. Leaving your dog at Mooikloof Companion Animal Centre's Dog Daycare is a guarantee of peace of mind, knowing they'll have a tail-wagging adventure. This daycare sets the gold standard. Highly recommended!

I can recommend MCAC to anyone relocating with their pets. Every aspect of their service was top class! From the initial contact, the quotation, the advice, contracts, collection, kenneling, shipment, delivery at destination, care, vet services - the lot. An extremely professional outfit - with Jessica leading from the front! Well done and thank you.

Thank you so much to Jessica and all the staff at Mooikloof Companion Animal Centre for all your help to get all 3 of our fur babies (2 Pekingnese and our senior cat) to New Zealand safely. It made parting from them while we traveled ahead so much easier knowing that they were safe in your care and that everything will be ready for them to fly here. We appreciate all your hard work and all your patience with all my questions and worries

Great daycare for your animals, they take great care with your beloved pets and can assess animal behavior. Our dogs love going just to play and meet new furry friends! They also have a vet on site and do pet relocation in Pretoria East.

Our Bullterrier Titan really enjoyed his stay. He is not an easy breed but was treated with great care and love! We got feedback every day. Thank you very much. Excellent service

Mooikloof Pet Relocation took care of the relocation of our two dogs from South Africa to Australia. Jessica handled everything from beginning to us collecting them at the Quarantine Facility in Melbourne exceptionally professional. Her understanding of the processes and her then explaining the processes calmly to us was needed in the stressful time seeing that relocating your dogs to Australia is not a simple process. The dogs were quarantined as short as possible due to us doing all doable in South Africa via Jessica at Mooikloof. Thank you for Jessica. You were a lifesaver 😊.
