Moreletapark Animal Hospital & De Katz Hotel

"Best service ever! 🤩 Outstanding service from start to finish. The team helped me right away — one-stop solution for my Dalmatian's Urolithiasis (kidney stones). Not only did they treat him, but they even ordered new food that was ready when I picked him up! 🐾💊 To top it off, my dog got a 'bravery' certificate 😂, and I received detailed papers explaining what Urolithiasis is and our short-term/long-term plan. Couldn't ask for more! Best experience and service EVER."

They are always so quick to assist and they show so much love to every animal I bring in. From reception to the veterinary staff, exceptional service always.

Dr Liam is the absolute best. He's looked after our baby for years and tonight he helped her so patiently after a terrible incident with her. He's always caring and knowledgeable, we wouldn't trust anyone else with our baby. Also the admin staff are so helpful and kind. Thank you for being a great place to take our furkids.

Friendly helpful staff, excellent and professional vets, variety of quality dog food and accessories.

We have been clients at Moreletapark Dierekliniek since 2019. Over the past few years we have specifically been under the care of Dr Liam Caroline who has done a phenomenal job of caring for our four kitties. Our kitties range in breed, age and ailments which has never stopped Dr Caroline from giving us not only his extensive expertise, but his time and personal attention. We cannot thank him enough for how he has gone above and beyond for our family. We would highly recommend him and Moreletapark Dierekliniek to anyone looking for a family vet practice to call home. We were incredibly saddened to leave his care due to our immigration this year, and would return in a heartbeat if we were ever to come back to SA.

They are good at animal products and basic veterinary services. However, we will not be using their medical services again. We recently received very poor (and very expensive) service for a sick cat with Bronchitis, which they misdiagnosed. We had to use another local vet to properly diagnose the problem and to provide treatment. This caused a lot of uneccesary suffering for the pet.

Most thoughtful and thorough service I ever had. Especially with Yorkies, since they are so sensitive. I'll recommend them to anyone.
