I’m extremely happy with the service from Olympus Animal Hospital! I had a very complex case with my pet, but they expertly guided me through a challenging diagnostic process. The treatment they prescribed was effective, and I want to give a huge shout-out to Dr. Rayno for his exceptional help and communication. He kept me updated every step of the way and even assisted with medical aid authorization. I’m a very happy client, and I’ll be referring everyone I know. This is definitely my go-to vet, and I cannot recommend them enough! 🐶

I had an emergency with my cat amd couldnt take her to Valley farm, where we usually go. I had such a great experience there. They were friendly and so helpful and informative. I applaud them for the efficiency and great service. Can highly recommend them. Thank you Olympus for making our little fur baby better and for the excellent service. I am actually considering going there full time now. ❤️

In one word Average. In details, I trusted this clinic with Toby’s care and final arrangements and was deeply disappointed. While the external cremation provider did their job, the clinic’s handling of Toby’s treatment and discharge was poor. The specialist took far too long, made misinformed decisions, and the interim care Toby received during his stay did not meet my expectations. When it came time to discharge him, the process felt rushed and important details were not explained. Communication was inconsistent. I had to chase for updates and clarification multiple times and there were delays and extra fees that weren’t clearly explained up front. For the price charged, I expected professionalism, transparency, and genuine care; instead I felt let down during one of the hardest moments. I hope they improve their clinical decision‑making, patient care, and billing transparency for other families. RIP - Toby 🙏

When I got home from a friend, my Schatzie cat wouldn't walk. It was during the holiday period and our normal family vet was already closed for the day. I gave her inflacam and thought to wait until the next morning but then decided to rather rush through to Olympus and man, am I glad I did that. The nightshift doctor, Dr. Jamiela, was absolutely amazing and Schatzie was handed over to Drs. Hermien and Kessa who performed back surgery for a slipped disc and looked after her as if it was their own cat. Hermien is a very gifted surgeon and animals are her passion. She is also very good at managing the humans and their anxieties which she had to do with me a lot. I cannot thank them enough for what they did for me and Schatzie and will return to Olympus 24 Hour Animal Hospital in a heartbeat. I can highly recommend the Olympus team, they will forever have my gratitude.

I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this clinic. We waited over an hour to be seen, while multiple clients who arrived after us were taken into consultation rooms first. No explanation was offered, which was frustrating and felt dismissive. When we were finally seen, the vet we dealt with had a condescending and passive-aggressive attitude throughout the consultation. When we explained that the proposed treatment was too expensive for us, instead of discussing alternatives or showing understanding, the vet became visibly upset and told us that another dog with similar symptoms had died two hours earlier. This felt highly inappropriate and emotionally manipulative rather than informative. I understand veterinary work is stressful, but compassion and professionalism are essential — especially when discussing sensitive topics like finances and medical outcomes. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling judged and deeply uncomfortable. I would not recommend this clinic based on our experience and will never set foot back there.

We unfortunately had to euthenase our 14 year old dog and fo7nd the staff at Olympus 24 hour animal hospital very friendly, compassionate and highly efficient. The diagnosis and advice was highly professional. After 14 years it was sad to say goodbye to such a lovely dog and "family member". The emotional support we received from the staff showed that they were caring and compassionate. I can only highly recommend them.

I am very happy with the service and support received from Dr. Kessa. I had a serious case of parvovirus with my dog and he made it all the way through. Dr. Kessa help him so much and was guiding us through every step after he came home. I recommend Olympus to everyone I know
