Northdene Veterinary Clinic

Absolutely pathetic vet. About a month ago I went to the Northdene Veterinary Clinic on a Saturday with my neighbours dog that got knocked and had just been bleeding out on the road. The Northdene Vet is 2 minutes away from my house. I got there and there was a male outside who I pleaded with to help me save this little dogs life. She was still a pup who was injured severely and losing breath. He told me to then rush her to Westville Vet, I would’ve done that in the first place if (1) I could afford the fees and (2) if it was close by. She definitely wouldn’t have survived a 20 minute drive because of how bad she was injured. You heartless people refused to save this dogs life just because it was 1 MINUTE past closing time. Yet you stood and argued with me. But you are a vet ? You are meant to help dogs ? Absolutely disgusting. I thereafter rushed her to another vet which was 12 minutes away and she did not survive. The vet told me if I brought her in earlier they could’ve saved her. But I wasted 5 minutes pleading with a terrible and rude elderly male at the Northdene Veterinary Clinic to save this dogs life. TERRIBLE !! You people are only nice once we have an appointment booked with a dog on your profile and you know you getting money out of us, other then that you don’t care about dogs and it’s the truth.

Every visit to the clinic is always an amazing experience . I feel confident knowing that my dog is being care for by such amazing vets . The ladies at the front desk are as equally amazing and friendly.

Yesterday was such a hard day for me as I had to say good bye to my girl after 13 good years. The doctor who was there was fantastic, caring and so supportive. The ladies in reception were also great and so helpful. I had no shame breaking down in front of them, as I felt so comfortable. Thank you!

Front of house staff are amazing they love and treasure my Bailey qith such love. JACKIE has so much love for him that shes has exceptional service. Coming to the vet is a pleasurable experience each time.

My doggie of 15years was euthanized on Monday 2 September. The Vet on duty was very compassionate. I thank them all for their service.

They have taken such good care of my dog from day 1. Best Vetinary clinic I've been to , highly recommended. Professional and a true lover of animals.

The receptionist (not the slim, young, pretty one... the one who is the exact opposite) told us before we even parked our car, that there was a BIG dog in consultation and we would have to wait outside. Half an hour later, while we were sitting in the rain, a Labrador which must've been about 14 years old came waddling out with his owner. Why do you not want people with their pets in the waiting room. Is it right that you sit in your airconditioned office, while we have to wait in the heat and then the rain. This is not the first time either. The Vet at Northdene is wonderful. Pity about their one staff member.
