Honeydew Animal Clinic

In our time of need , we reached out to the clinic and received the most caring and compassionate service from Dr Meyer and team. I will forever remember the kindness we were shown , the love and care given to Sparky in his last few hours will be treasured in our memory ♥️. I am very grateful 🙏 to you all for this .

We have been using the vet for grooming for years. We have been happy and contempt everytime. We recently took our elderly dog back for a grooming. This was the opposite experience. We dropped her off and she was the first dog there. We were not told that they now have a new random system that no one can explain or describe to us. We dropped her off at 8am and only got the call to collect her at 12pm. On arrival we asked for more information on what the system is and was dismissed for a 3rd time, being told to go out of our way to contact a doctor who isn't in to get this info. When we collected her she was highly stressed and rushed to water to drink. Because of her usual demeanor this made us think that either she wasn't provided water or was so stressed that she didn't drink anything. Now having made wait for 4 hours. Not being told why she took so long. Dealing with a receptionist that is highly dismissive and deflects any and all concerns we make the unfortunate conclusion of warning anyone from the groomers at this animal hospital. If you care for you dogs well being and mental health then I do not recommend this groomer. Until they can explain what new process/operating procedures/ system they have implemented and explain why they have changed from a fair first come first serve basis then this will stay up. I am sad to post this as they have been great for years.

We unfortunately lost our sweet baby girl Coco early this morning. Honeydew Animal Clinic was absolutely amazing, especially Dr. Jason Meyer who took such good care of her. We know she was in good hands and was comforted by such kind, caring people during her last moments. We cannot thank the team enough for their compassion, kindness and support. Losing a pet so traumatically is incredibly difficult, and all we can say is thank you for being there for her and for us.

They managed to squeeze me in immediately to assess my terminally ill furchild. Dr was compassionate, thorough, realistic, and patient.

We’re incredibly grateful to Dr. Kennedy Stone and the whole team for the care and urgency they showed our boy Aether during a very stressful time. When he needed surgery for an intestinal blockage caused by a giant hairball, you handled everything with such professionalism and compassion. Just two weeks later, when we rushed him back with a second blockage, you acted quickly once again and took such gentle care of him. Thanks to you, Aether is on the mend — long hair shaved (forever), but safe — and we can’t thank you enough for everything you did for him and for us. Your kindness truly made all the difference.
