The gentleman vet who assisted with our dog was very patient and kind and we appreciated how he explained everything to us. Thank you for the kindness during that hard time.

We cannot rate this practice high enough. The front desk staff are friendly, professional and caring. The vets are all phenomenal, knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about your pet. However, a special mention must be made of Dr David Pienaar - he is outstanding with our rather highly strung Boston Terriers who had a rocky start with a different vet practice. We have moved out of the Randburg area over the last few years but continue to travel to this fabulous practice if either of our pooches are needing help. Thank you to everyone at Randpark Ridge Veterinary Hospital - you are exemplary!

Utter Garbage human whoever was closing up on Tuesday the 4th November at 17:43 pm. Called for an emergency of a dog attack on the way and they said to direct to Bryanston vet, while explaining to the person and understanding that they would still be open till 6pm, the person hung up and disconnected the lines after mid conversation. Tried calling back and went to the after hours message before closing hours. Whoever that person is, i encourage you for immediate dismissal for misconduct and neglegance. [Update]: My friends who arrived at this vet from the dog attack emergency, at 10 to 6 pm, was turned away as there was no response while hooting at the gate. I cannot express my disappointment in this vet overall. If this is the conduct in an emergency, I shudder to think at regular treatment of clients.

Ended up phoning them out of necessity and I'm so glad that I did! What a find. I'm so pleased with the whole team at the practice. Lisa, Refilwe and Dr Pienaar are warm, nice and so competent. I recommend them highly!

I've been taking my German Shepherd to them for her annual check ups for a couple of years now - we always get the best service (and my GSD is not the best behaved patient). She has been very sick this past week or so and I do want to thank the team for accommodating us on short notice. She is already doing so much better. Thank you so much.

First vet I have visited that actually cares for his patient. Just such a good experience. The receptionist is also amazing and professional. Thank you for making what started as a scary situation such a calming and easy one. Also fees are actually reasonable and not crazy like other vets I’ve been to who tend to overcharge just for the sake of it.

Went in for an emergency over the weekend. Everyone at the vet was friendly and attentive. Our dog usually panics over any visit to the vet, but not here! Doctor was kind, friendly, and shared lots of tips and information on pet care and certain issues we can take care off from home. And although the bill is ever so slightly more than what we used to pay at our old vet, it was so worth is considering our beloved pet was more at ease and comfortable during his visit.
