Victory Park Veterinary Clinic

Dr Reka has been looking after Ubu and Zara's health for the last 13 years with the greatest love and care. Thank you🤗

Dr Rèka is absolutely fantastic. She is kind, compassionate, thorough and very knowledgeable. She took the most fabulous care of my cat when he needed a tooth removed from an abscess. I will be taking all my pets to her in future. Thank you!

Dr Rèka and her team are truly wonderful! The level of care and compassion she showed our fur babies was incredible. As timing would have it, we have had two separate unrelated medical emergencies since having recently moved to Joburg (our dog needing treatment following a foreign object ingestion, and FUS with our kitty). Dr Rèka went above and beyond to provide the best care. Both are now recovering well thanks to Dr Rèka's expertise and dedication. She kept us updated throughout, especially while our cat was hospitalised, and checked in afterwards to see how they were doing. These situations are always stressful, but her kindness and reassurance made all the difference. We couldn't recommend this practice more highly for anyone looking for a vet who genuinely cares. Thank you again Dr Rèka for everything!

We’ve been with Dr. Rèka for 4 years now, and she is truly an amazing vet. She recently healed my dog’s eye ulcer, and he is now completely clear – we are so grateful! She is also incredibly kind and patient with our little girl, who is petrified of humans, always taking the time to make her feel safe. On top of that, she even does follow-ups and check-ups with us over WhatsApp, which makes her care so personal and supportive. We couldn’t ask for a more compassionate and skilled vet. Highly recommended!

I’ve had two experiences with Victory Park Veterinary Clinic. Once when the rabbit in question got worms. They gave me expert advice as rabbits are considered exotics and very sensitive. Willing to send me to an exotic rabbit savvy vet in order to ensure the health of our beloved fluffy tail. The second was unfortunately not a nice experience but it was handled with great compassion. I rescued a Lovebird which had been attacked by a cat. They made sure the poor birdy didn’t suffer. Excellent Vet!!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dr Rèka is absolutely amazing! She takes incredible care of all my babies and is someone I trust completely. She’s always willing to help, checks in regularly on my pets (and even on me), and genuinely cares. Her compassion, professionalism, and dedication make her truly exceptional. I’m so grateful to have her — she’s been such an important part of our lives.

It's been very hard review to write but I feel I need to after what we went through. I brought my dog in for a spaying, after dropping her off I waited to hear when I can collect her only to be told as a precaution she needed to stay the night. Picked her up the next day and she was very out of it and could hardly move. Over the following few days her wound would not stop bleeding so I took her to a very trusted vet of ours and to this day I regret not having taken her to this vet! The cut was far bigger than it should have been and the proper vets found her internals had become severely infected to the point she would not survive, this vet was dishonest about any complications and clearly there were! Our puppy did not survive her butchery!
