I would like to thank Dr Naude and the very helpful and friendly Adri for the best and most efficient service in attending to my kitten who turned out to have nothing but a sprained paw but it was still necessary for veterinary care and while all the vets in my area were already closed, Randfontein Animal Hospital exceeded all my expectations!! Baie Dankie xx Sasha, Brandon & little Duke

As per their website they are open today, 17 June from 11:00 to 14:00. Nowhere does it say you have to make an appointment to see them on the public holiday. We drove all the way from Fochville with my dad’s German Shepherd that has been experiencing lameness in his back legs and dizziness. Before my dad could even get a word out, the Dr just cut my dad off and said you need to make an appointment, I can’t help you. My dad then tried to ask if there is any other Veterinary Dr’s open, he just cut my dad off again and said he doesn’t have time to help us, make an appointment. Never in my life have we ever been spoken to by a Veterinarian Dr and treated so badly. Both him (male with dark hair) and the lady (long blond hair) that arrived were extremely rude and showed absolutely no interest in assisting us or my dads’ beloved companion. If a Veterinarian treats humans like that, how do you think he treats animals when their owners aren’t around. I see from previous bad reviews, they make out that the "clients" were at fault or that they never had such a "client". Probably because they weren’t given an opportunity to become a "client". We have witnesses that stood there and heard the whole conversation. One lady even phoned another Vet (Dr Lottie Carr) for us to see if they are open to assist us. The only reason there is a Star selected is because you HAVE TO select one to post a review!! To your response: You arrived, walked past everyone that was standing outside without even acknowledging or greeting anyone. You did not say anything about being sick! You looked us up and down, you gave Enzo (the dog) a look and said you don’t have time to look at the dog today and we need to make an appointment. And when my DAD tried to talk to you, you cut him off and turned your back on him. Why would we lie about something so important to us? I hope you feel better soon and that your Dr took the time to see you.
