We recently had to say goodbye to our beloved Golden Retriever, Bruce, and the team at Bergbos Dierekliniek in Rustenburg helped us through one of the hardest moments any pet owner can face. They were incredibly caring, compassionate, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. From the moment we arrived, they treated Bruce and our family with such gentleness and respect. They gave us the time and space to say our goodbyes and supported us every step of the way. It's never easy to lose a furry family member, but their empathy and professionalism made a world of difference to us. We are deeply grateful to the entire Bergbos team and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a compassionate and skilled veterinary clinic. They truly went above and beyond for us during a very difficult time.
The doctors, the nursing staff, and front of house are very helpful and professional. We drove all the way from Botswana for assistance with our kitten who had a very bad experience with a spaying operation. The doctor on duty helped immediately, she went in for the operation and a week later she was discharged. Very happy and up and about.
Nothing but sheer love from every single person working there. Technology of the highest format. Vets and nursing are impeccable and love and care is their main focus. No other veterinarian services beat this. Thank you to all
Very professional and the store is the best organized store I have ever seen. A bit slow on the service part though. They also stock the best pet food you can get.
First visit. Staff very nice
The most professional team of Drs ever. Including the staff. I had an emergency with a calve and they just came and did what needs to be done. Thank you!
Dr. Grobler and the staff really took great care of our sick dog this past weekend. Constant feedback and communication. Can really recommend. Thanx guys😉
